Helping families in need
Support is given so students can continue their education during times of financial difficulty.
This program was the brainchild of our respected elder, Br. Iqbal Jetpuri, whose family is well known in our community for their generosity and philanthropic work. What began as a simple idea to help families facing financial hardship has grown into something that has already benefited hundreds of people. Since launching in 2020, the fund has helped around 400 families so their children could continue their education without interruption.
The goal is to keep this support going for many years to come. When families are able, they repay the help they received so the fund can assist the next family in need. With continued support from both donors and past beneficiaries, we hope this program will remain sustainable and continue serving our community for generations.

This fund is meant for families facing real hardship, especially when it impacts a child’s ability to remain enrolled.
If you are unsure whether your giving should be Zakat, you can donate as general Sadaqah on the Donate page, or consult a trusted scholar.
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Take up good deeds only as much as you are able, for the best deeds are those done regularly even if they are few.”
— (Hadith)
Even small regular giving helps families more than a one-time burst that disappears. Consistency keeps students steady.
